Catch Up

Been a while. What has happened since this vehicle was last driven back in April?
Some random dude took this sweet shot of our party climbing on the anteater.
Spring time on the HF
Butterball on the banks of the mighty Mo.

I graduated from school in CallMeRadBro and moved back home to Idaho to try and become a fishing guide. Fortunately I landed a great job guiding on my favorite river in Idaho, but unfortunately the water conditions did not cooperate and I didn't work my first trip until the latter half of July.
My second trip ever and one of my most memorable thanks to Justin and his dad. Almost lost my oar this day.

I fished a shit ton this summer. Learned a lot about myself and others. I think I'm going to guide in some capacity for the rest of my life.
A summertime streamer eater for Grey.
Elijah tries to snap a pic of the biggest fish of his life.

I witnessed a full solar eclipse. It was way more bad ass than I thought it would be.
The only picture I took of the great eclipse. Good thing my clients and my sister had cameras as well.

Once I got some days off in September I set my eyes on elk hunting with my bow. I went hunting one day, and killed an elk 2 hrs into the day. One of the most insane experiences in my life, but more on that later.
My dad skins out the elk I killed.

Continued to fish a lot throughout the fall, not a lot of waterfowl hunting, but I did get a deer with my rifle.
Perfect fall meat eater.
Butchered mule deer ready to be loaded up.

The snow started to fall very early, skiing in October was freaking great up at Targhee.
Looking out at Teton Valley from Targhee in October.
Castle Rock in October

I got a job ski patrolling at Targhee, then bought an extra deer tag and chased white tails with my bow for the month of November.
Looking for deer on the SF but only finding hoar frost.

Right now I ski for work during the week and ski for fun during the weekend. Life is good, but there is so much to do and so little time.
I guess Casino bowl does rip from time to time
